China Overseas Petroleum Alumni (COPA) is going to host a townhall meeting for Liaohe Petroleum High-Tech Zone on Sunday, May 12th at Chinese Civic Center (10052 Harwin Dr, Houston, TX 77036) from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. You and your friends are cordially invited.

Liaohe Petroleum High-Tech Zone is one of the main distribution centers for high-tech projects in China and is also one of the places that gathered a lot of petroleum high-tech staff. The chief officer from the high-tech zone will introduce the procedures and policies on how our alumni can join the high-tech zone to perform technology development and conduct own business.
